Refund policy
For Invitations & other personalized items: Due to the nature of the work there are no returns allowed. Once purchased you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order if needed. You will be sent digital proofs of your product(s) that will need to be approved prior to production and shipping. All edits and changes will be made until proof is finalized!
For non-personalized items: we do accept returns and you will be fully refunded. Please note that we must be notified within 72 hours of your items being delivered if you will be returning the item and you will be responsible for the shipping expenses on returned items.
If your item has arrived damaged you will have up to 72 hours to let us know. We will need detailed photos and you will be sent a replacement ASAP.
