DO YOU DO MONOGRAMMING?
Although this used to be a service that I had available I am no longer offering embroidery or vinyl services.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE OR IS IT ALL ONLINE?  
At this time I run my business out of my home office so I do not have a storefront location. That being said I am happy to meet with local clients at a set appointment. My office hours vary so just send me an e-mail (hello@ashlynnelliffcom) or fill out the contact form and we will figure out a time & place to meet up!

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Existing Designs: Digital Proofs are generated in 2-3 business days.
Flat printed orders typically ship within 3-4 business days after approval of digital proof.
Custom Designs:
Turnarounds vary depending on availability & how detailed the project is. Please contact me for availability and current turnarounds.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Orders shipped within the state of Texas are charged an 8.25% tax.

HOW OFTEN DO YOUR PRICES CHANGE?
Prices are subject to change at any point without notice. This can be due to a high demand of requests or printing increases from our vendors.

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING INVITATIONS?
I recommend booking 8-10 months before your wedding, but don’t wait if you love a certain suite, the sooner the better! I take a limited number of custom clients each month. Fill out the form here and we can discuss further.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? WHAT IF THERE IS AN ERROR ON MY INVITATIONS?
Due to the nature of the work, there are no refunds on personalized products. Ashlynn Elliff is not responsible for proofreading. The information that is submitted by the customer and will be used unless noted otherwise. Once the customer approves the final proof and it is sent to print there are no changes allowed. If there is a mistake and it is addressed after the printing process, Ashlynn Elliff will invoice you the amount of the re-print only not the design work.
